By accessing or using CRM Wing (the 'Service') operated by Wing Nexus Private Limited ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, or that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorisation.

CRM Wing is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase.

You agree to use CRM Wing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

You must not transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity; engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into CRM Wing, including customer information, GST details, financial records, and employee data.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wing Nexus Private Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

You retain ownership of all data you input into CRM Wing. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of CRM Wing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wing Nexus Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
